dirty apartment full of ants, rude staff, and the worst service ever Positive: Worst stay ever. Rude and unprofessional security, no proper parking, dirty apartment full of ants even after ‘cleaning’. Complaints were ignored, and treatment felt personal after I reported the staff. Absolutely not recommended. Negative: From the moment I arrived, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a booking. I took the parking card from the apartment and drove around with my wife trying to find the designated parking, but couldn’t. I asked the security guard for help, but his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. He even asked to see my booking and, after showing it to him, he still refused to assist. I complained immediately, but no action was taken. I saw him the next day as if nothing had happened. The apartment itself was full of ants and not clean at all. Even after I complained and they ‘cleaned’, the ants were still everywhere. I have allergies to insects, which made my stay very uncomfortable. On the third day, I parked in an external area and was called immediately to move my car, while other cars parked there without any issue. It was clear that this was personal retaliation because I had complained about the same security guard. Overall, the apartment was not clean, the service was unprofessional, and the entire experience was extremely stressful. Definitely the worst stay I have ever had, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Positive: It’s it not safe what ever you want will only come tomorrow morning the stairs on hurt my kids and if you spill water on the floor I fell down and landed on my arm and I ask for a mop and it only came 2 days after the day that I was leaving and the pool my daughter had fell on the brick and fell on her knee and this happened to a another child too Negative: And the sink was very blocked every time you asked for something it wouldn’t come the same day and whatever ever you ask they say it would only come in morning or next day it’s not the same day
